Through periodic and transparent reporting, our clients are always up-to-date and aware of the key project issues and our strategies to successfully deliver the project with no surprises. From the project outset, BHAPM engages and consults with all project stakeholders and co-ordinates risk reviews as required, analysing specific project issues from a high-level, through to detailed risk analysis. All meetings that we co-ordinate highlight potential risks at each stage of the project and ensure that the agreed mitigation strategy is appropriate to the identified level of risk.
BHAPM tailors our client reporting methods to meet the specific needs of each project. This includes daily/weekly updates, monthly/quarterly reviews of the key project issues, and risks. We do this over the full life of the project (planning, design, construction, and DLP) and involve project team members and consultants, as required, to ensure all potential risks and issues are identified, assessed, and managed successfully.
BHAPM’s methodology is focused on early identification and a stringent risk management policy. We believe our role as the project manager is managing the client risks, providing the necessary mitigation strategies, and co-ordinating the project mitigation strategies accordingly.
