From the project outset, BHAPM engages and consults with all project stakeholders. Regular meetings ensure that goals are achieved and informed by consultation and collaborative decision making. We co-ordinate regular meetings with contractors and stakeholders to review issues and risks particular to the project and factor these into the budget and program.
